Evaluating Candidates

One of the most tedious jobs of HR managers is going through a pile of resumes for each job position. It's getting more complicated if you're not familiar with each region's nuances in resume making. Here at Paradigm, we have a solid foundation in each local market as well as know-how on filtering and sorting job applicants by resumes. Also, we will run introductory interviews and pick a handful of prospects for further evaluation by the client.
